Staffing Coordinator

Skilled Nursing facility seeking an organized and experienced staffing coordinator. Position entails management of the master nursing schedule, daily updates and obtaining coverage where needed, and working hand in hand with Administration to ensure consistent quality staffing for the facility. The staffing coordinator also works hand in with HR and Payroll to ensure staff are onboarded and compensated timely and accurately.

Candidate should have experience in long term care staffing environment, knowlege of union environment, excellent organization and cummunication skills, and knowldge of Microsoft Office.
