Foster Care Case Manager, St. Louis

Full-time, temporary through the end of 2026.

Service Area: St. Louis City, St. Louis County, St. Charles

Position Summary: Provide child welfare services, and case management and advocacy for individuals and families with a primary focus on permanency, safety, and the well-being of the child.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform visits with children at their placements and conduct supervised visits with children and parents.

• Complete initial and ongoing assessments of service needs of children and families and develop and implement care planning for children and families based on needs assessment.

• Transport children to visits and appointments.
