What You Bring

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license

• Proficient with Excel and Word

• Experience with scheduling software like Hosted Time preferred

• Solid understanding of AHCA regulations

• Strong people skills to balance employee needs with facility demands

Your Role

• Design and manage staffing schedules for nurses and nursing assistants

• Partner with HR to communicate staffing needs and updates

• Interpret HR policies for nursing staff and help coordinate training schedules with the DON

• Cover staffing gaps for absences and leaves—adjusting schedules as needed

• Keep accurate records of time off, attendance, and recommend corrective actions when necessary
