We are seeking a compassionate, skilled Occupational Therapist to join our therapy team at The Village at Marymount in Garfield Heights, Ohio. What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality occupational therapy evaluations, treatments, and care plans that promote resident recovery and independence

• Develop individualized therapy goals focused on restoring function, mobility, and independence

• Deliver therapeutic interventions in accordance with state and facility guidelines

• Document progress, outcomes, and care plans accurately and timely

• Collaborate with Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Nursing, and Social Services to ensure comprehensive care

• Educate residents, families, and staff on adaptive equipment, safety, and restorative techniques

• Contribute to a positive, supportive, resident-centered therapy environment

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) in the state of Ohio

• Experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or geriatric care preferred

• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and documentation skills

• Compassionate, patient-focused approach

• Ability to manage caseload and work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team

• Dependable, organized, and committed to excellent care
