Evening Caregiver (CNA / HHA / DSP / PCA) – Assisted Living & Memory Care

Location: Elmore Assisted Living, Elmore, MN

Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Every Other Weekend

Pay: $19 to $25 per hour + evening differential + bonus potential

What You’ll Do

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, dining, and mobility.

• Help create a positive and structured evening routine.

• Provide support in both Assisted Living and Memory Care settings.

• Monitor resident well-being and communicate updates to the care team.

• Document care and support a safe, comfortable environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a CNA, HHA, DSP, PCA, or Caregiver preferred.

• Passion for working in senior living and long-term care.

• Willingness to pursue CNA certification with support provided.

• Strong teamwork, reliability, and communication skills.

• A genuine desire to make a difference in residents’ lives.
