Join Kadima Rehabilitation & Nursing at South Hills, a group of skilled nursing facilities in PA, and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients. As a Driver at Kadima Rehabilitation & Nursing at South Hills, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth transportation of patients to and from our facility, as well as to off-site medical appointments. When you are not driving the van, you will be on the floor as a CNA making sure you are getting your full-time hours.

As a Driver, you will be responsible for:

• Safely transporting patients to and from our facility, as well as to off-site medical appointments

• Maintaining accurate records of patient transportation, including arrival, departure, and any incidents or issues that occur during transport

• Ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the vehicle at all times

• Interacting with patients, families, and staff in a professional and courteous manner

• Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care

Responsibilities:

• Drive company vehicles to and from various locations, including patients' residences, medical offices, and off-site appointments

• Maintain accurate records of patient transportation, including arrival, departure, and any incidents or issues that occur during transport

• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance to ensure safe and reliable transportation

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and staff

• Participate in ongoing training and education to ensure knowledge of company policies and procedures
