Maintenance Director

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced maintenance professional to join our team as Director of Maintenance at Twin Oaks Rehab and Nursing. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the oversight of maintenance and upkeep of our facility, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of the facility's equipment and systems

• Manage and coordinate maintenance requests and tasks, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and organizational standards

• Monitor and report on maintenance activities

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in nursing home maintenance and life safety

• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with adaptability and flexibility
