About the Role

Allure of Mt Carroll is seeking dedicated and caring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents and their families. As a CNA, you will be responsible for enhancing the quality of life for our residents through a variety of care services. We are looking for candidates who are not only compassionate and professional but also possess a strong sense of discretion.

Requirements

To be considered for this rewarding opportunity, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Possess and maintain a current and unrestricted CNA license

• Hold a CPR certification

• Demonstrate excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred

• Must have a current IL license
