Summary: 

Produce fresh juices for Lassen's Cold Press Department by following all recipe cards for juicing of fruits  and vegetables, stocking necessary shelves, and putting produce and other orders away neatly. Ensure  that food quality standards are being upheld for all Lassens Cold Press Products. Provide courteous,  friendly, and efficient service to customers and Team Members. A Cold Press Clerk may be expected to obtain extensive knowledge of Natural Foods and some basic knowledge of Nutritional Supplements including vitamins, herbs, amino acids, sports nutrition, food supplements, and health and beauty aids.

Deli Kitchen Clerks are responsible for performing all functions relating to the maintenance and preparation of the cold case, grab-n-go, hot case, and salad bar. Deli Kitchen Clerks will ensure that food quality standards are being upheld for all Lassens Deli Products. Deli Kitchen Clerks help to promote a food company appearance by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and Team Members.
