At RegalCare at Quincy, we are committed to providing exceptional care and service to our patients and residents. As a dedicated healthcare provider, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our overnight shift team.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a part-time or full-time CNA to work overnight shifts, providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents. As a CNA at RegalCare at Quincy, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver personalized care and services to our patients and residents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to patients and residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitor and report changes in patient/resident condition to the nursing staff

• Assist with mealtime and hydration, as needed

• Support patients/residents with mobility and transfers

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient/resident care

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and activities

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required

• 0 years of experience as a CNA; willing to train and support new graduates

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Willingness to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
