JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Board: AANP or ANCC Board Certification
  • Licenses: Active unrestricted Arkansas NP license; Active Arkansas DEA/CDS with Arkansas address; Prescriptive authority required
  • DEA / CDS: Active Arkansas DEA/CDS with Arkansas address
  • Certifications: ACLS, PALS, ATLS required
  • Experience: Prior Emergency Medicine experience required
  • Other Qualifications: Two years of case logs, two years of CME/CEU documentation, current CV/Resume, driver's license, color photo, supervising physician assignment required, immunizations per facility policy
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients in a 32-bed Level II Trauma Center ED.
  • Perform emergency procedures appropriate for a critical access facility with a broad EM skillset.
  • Collaborate with attending physicians, APPs, and support staff in a team-oriented environment.
  • Manage patient admissions, discharges, and transfers, including physician-led observation unit protocols.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Epic EMR system.
