We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team in Ironton, Missouri on a PRN basis. This position offers flexibility while providing the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and residents.

What You'll Do

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist patients with mobility, strengthening, balance, transfers, and functional activities
• Implement individualized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising PT
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with PT, OT, SLP, nursing, and other healthcare professionals
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care

What We're Looking For

• Current Missouri PTA license in good standing
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Dependable, compassionate, and patient-focused
• Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team
