We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Certified Medication Technician (CMT), you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by administering medications, providing direct care, and promoting a positive living environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications to residents as ordered by physicians and according to facility policies and procedures

  • Monitor and record resident responses to medications and report any adverse reactions to the nursing staff

  • Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as feeding, toileting, and transferring

  • Respond promptly to resident calls and requests for assistance

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of medication administration and resident care

Requirements:

  • Current Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification in the State of Missouri

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents with assistance as needed

  • Basic knowledge of medication administration and dosage
