We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Certified Medication Technician (CMT), you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by administering medications, providing direct care, and promoting a positive living environment.
Responsibilities:
Administer medications to residents as ordered by physicians and according to facility policies and procedures
Monitor and record resident responses to medications and report any adverse reactions to the nursing staff
Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as feeding, toileting, and transferring
Respond promptly to resident calls and requests for assistance
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of medication administration and resident care

Requirements:
Current Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification in the State of Missouri
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents with assistance as needed
Basic knowledge of medication administration and dosage
