We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (Charge) to join our team in Groveton, Texas. As a LVN (Charge), you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare facility, while providing exceptional care and support to our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and delegate tasks to other LVNs and nursing assistants to ensure efficient and effective patient care

• Develop and implement patient care plans, in collaboration with the healthcare team

• Conduct ongoing assessments and evaluations of patient conditions, and report any significant changes to the Registered Nurse on duty

• Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care, including medication administration and treatment plans

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote high-quality patient care

• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed

Requirements:

• Current LVN license in the state of Texas

• Strong clinical skills and ability to prioritize patient care

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interruptions and changing priorities

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
