Aspire Senior Living Platte City, a skilled nursing facility located in Platte City, MO, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, personalized care to our residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Assist with medication administration, vital signs, and other clinical tasks as needed

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and concerns

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Missouri

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents as needed

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Compassionate and caring attitude towards residents
