Full-Time Nurse - 6 PM–6 AM - Memory Care/Dementia Unit

Louisville Gardens, located in Louisville, OH, is seeking a compassionate and dependable RN or LPN to join our Memory Care/Dementia Unit on night shift.

We are Great Place to Work Certified and looking for a nurse who is passionate about providing quality care and being part of a supportive team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Current Ohio RN or LPN license

• Long-term care experience preferred

• Memory Care/Dementia experience preferred

• Strong clinical and communication skills

• Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to Memory Care/Dementia residents

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Monitor residents and communicate changes in condition

• Complete accurate and timely documentation

• Communicate with physicians, families, and the care team

• Supervise and support CNAs

• Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and resident-focused environment
