Companion Care Needed

My mother is 92. Self ambulatory with a walker. Needs to be fed breakfast and lunch. Bathed once every two weeks (weekly if you can). She gets up around 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. The caregiver start time is at 9. She eats her lunch promptly at 1 p.m. She lives with me, and I get home about 5 p.m. (but she can be left alone after 4 pm).
