Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: Mom had surgery a year ago and slowly getting her strength back she is afraid of falling and does not want to be left alone. Right now no hobbies or interests just watches a lot of TV. Right now their ideal day is interacting during meals. Her husband who is 90 needs a break from caring for her so we are working on getting her up to Ithaca to stay for a few months at my brothers house. I am in FL and plan on coming up for 2-3 weeks during her stay. Still trying to work out logistics etc. About the care needs: I guess someone from a Pet Free and Smoke Free Home. Someone who is sweet and quiet natured. Services needed include: companionship.
