Babysitter Needed

Looking for part time help for 2 toddler boys! Looking for someone to help on Tuesdays and Thursdays. My older son will be 3 in September and is starting half day preschool. I plan to take and pick him up everyday. I need our caregiver to hangout with my younger son who is 16 months, while my 3-year-old is at school and then watch them both once my 3-year-old is back from school! Our ideal caregiver will be willing to play outside, be creative with arts and crafts/music/reading and have a comforting/loving demeanor towards our boys. During nap time we hope for some light housekeeping duties to be done. We have a golden, an Aussie and a cat so must be comfortable with pets
