Babysitter Needed

Im a dad to my sweet and energetic 6-year-old daughter, and Im heading back to work, so Im looking for someone reliable who can become a consistent part of our weekly routine. The main need is picking my daughter up from school by 3:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and spending some time with her afterward. On Wednesdays, she also has gymnastics at 6:45 PM, so Id need help getting her there and back. Reliability and finding someone she feels comfortable with are really important to me.
