Babysitter Needed for my Children

My husband and I are looking for a nanny/ babysitter to watch our 2 autistic boys ages 6 and 4 years old. We are not from this area so we need help. My husband works overnight from 9pm-6:30 a.m. and I work at dunking donuts off pine forest rd. I have to are coming to work earlier then im coming in now because im getting a promotion. This might be a long term thing because I also be start school next Aug 27 and will be need around that time as well. The hours im looking for someone to come from 2:30am-7:30 a.m. just to watch my children while they are sleep and maybe get them dress for school and ABA. Thank you in an advance.
