Babysitter Needed for my Children

Busy Deerfield family with two boys (ages 9 & 6) seeking a reliable, organized Household Assistant/Manager for 15-20 hrs/week. Flexible weekday hours between 12-7pm, with after-school coverage required (most days). Responsibilities include school pickup/driving to activities, meal prep and simple dinners for kids, packing lunches/snacks, tidying common areas, home organization projects, returns and errands. Well provide clear priorities and direction, but would love someone proactive who can manage their time independently, notice what needs to be done and jump in. Must be a safe, dependable driver and comfortable with school-aged kids.
