Babysitter

Looking for Part time Nanny 25/30hrs a week , and if it is a Spanish speaker thats a plus . We practice responsive, attachment-focused parenting and want someone warm, attentive, playful, and comfortable following our daughtercues for feeding, naps, comfort, and connection. Care includes reading, singing, developmental play, walks, bottles, and introducing solids. The position is focused entirely on our daughter. We do not sleep train or leave her to cry. We maintain a fragrance-free home and require phone-free care aside from emergencies or communication with us
