Diaper changed, bottle feeds and solid food Morning wake up and brush teeth & take bottle. Nap time, solids breakfast, floor time/activities. Bottle, wind down and nap time again. Wake up, lunch solids, independent play, bottle. He's 7 months right now so no interests or hobbies. Just reading books to him and doing no screen time, but lots of play and floor/tummy time
