Experience with KIA/Hyundai and high-voltage systems is required. Master Technicians with Tesla, Rivian, EV, hybrid, and Asian brand experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

RESPONSIBILITIES – AUTOMOTIVE MASTER TECHNICIAN:
- Inspect vehicles and accurately diagnose problems
- Perform repairs and maintenance that meet dealership and manufacturer standards
- Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, electrical systems, brakes, exhaust systems, and more
- Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs involving hybrid and high-voltage systems
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Account for dealership-owned tools and equipment
- Work effectively as part of a high-volume service team
QUALIFICATIONS – AUTOMOTIVE MASTER TECHNICIAN:
REQUIRED:
- Automotive Master Technician experience
- KIA and/or Hyundai experience
- High-voltage experience
- Must have own tools
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
STRONGLY ENCOURAGED:
- Tesla Master Technician experience
- Rivian experience
- EV experience
- Asian brand hybrid experience
- ASE certifications
- HVAC certification
IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of modern shop equipment
- Versatility across multiple repair areas
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
