Responsibilities:

As an Automotive Dealership Service Advisor/Writer, you will:

• Guide customers through the vehicle repair and maintenance process
• Explain recommended services, repairs, costs, and timelines
• Schedule appointments for maintenance, repairs, and recall work
• Greet customers and answer questions professionally
• Recommend additional services, products, and applicable promotions
• Monitor vehicle status from check-in through completion
• Communicate with customers regarding repair progress and updates
• Help ensure a positive customer experience and maintain high CSI scores

Qualifications:

• Bilingual Automotive Dealership Service Advisor/Writer experience is strongly preferred but not required
• Kia or Hyundai dealership experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong computer and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professional appearance
• Dependable, energetic, and customer-focused
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
