We are growing and seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to be responsible for receiving and posting payments, maintaining A/R records, preparing daily bank deposits, stocking new and used vehicles, generating reports, and more.

Accounts Receivable experience is required. Automotive accounting, Reynolds & Reynolds, and automotive dealership experience are preferred.

• Receive and post payments accurately and timely
• Maintain accounts receivable records and customer accounts
• Stock in new and used vehicles
• Generate accounting statements and reports
• Research and reconcile cash receipts
• Post receipts and prepare daily bank deposits
• Process A/R write-offs and payment reversals
• Assist with other accounting and administrative duties as needed

• Required: Accounts Receivable experience
• Automotive accounts receivable or accounting experience is preferred
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience is preferred
• ERA-IGNITE proficiency is preferred
• Familiarity with accounting transactions and dealer trades is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Analytical, process-oriented, and solution-oriented
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
