In this important role, you will communicate with customers, schedule service appointments, follow up on inquiries, and help deliver the exceptional customer experience our dealership is known for.

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
• Schedule and confirm service appointments
• Make outbound follow-up calls, texts, and emails
• Maintain accurate customer information and appointment records
• Follow up with customers regarding service needs and recommendations
• Work closely with Service Advisors and the Parts & Service Department
• Provide excellent customer service and help create a positive dealership experience
• Meet individual and team performance goals

• Previous customer service, call center, BDC, or automotive experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Professional, friendly, and positive attitude
• Comfortable communicating through phone, text, and email
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and motivated with a strong work ethic
• Basic computer and data entry skills
