Physical Therapist Day Shift Position Location

Assignment DurationThis is a 13-week contract position.
ScheduleMonday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. No weekends required.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with various physical conditions, ensuring a comprehensive and patient-centered approach to treatment.
Responsibilities- Conduct patient evaluations and develop treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and function.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience.
- Current Physical Therapist License in PA or Compact License.
- Experience with EPIC charting system is required.
- COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations are required, with exemptions allowed.
- Ability to work during major holidays as specified in the contract.
