Physical Therapist (PT)

Key Responsibilities- Provide physical therapy services across outpatient, acute inpatient, and swing bed skilled settings
- Evaluate and treat an average of 8 patients per day across a variety of diagnoses
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with patient needs and goals
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with facility standards
- Participate in department-specific orientation upon start
- Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
- Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license in North Dakota or ability to obtain prior to start
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Prior clinical experience in outpatient, acute inpatient, or skilled nursing settings preferred
- New graduates will be considered; on-the-job training is available
- Enjoy a consistent Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no weekend or holiday obligations
- Work across a diverse range of care settings, offering broad clinical exposure and professional growth
