Occupational Therapist (OT)

Key Responsibilities- Perform basic evaluation and treatment of occupational therapy protocols for adult inpatient rehab patients
- Provide therapeutic interventions for common diagnoses including neurological conditions, CVA, orthopedic injuries, balance impairments, and general debility
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Meditech and Nethealth EHR systems
- Participate in occasional float coverage as needed within the facility
- Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary rehab team in an 11-bed inpatient rehab unit with a 1:4 patient ratio and access to a full rehab gym
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Active Kansas OT license or compact state licensure required
- Ability to work independently and function as a strong team player
- No weekend hours or on-call requirements
- Prior experience in acute inpatient rehabilitation setting
- Familiarity with Meditech and/or Nethealth EHR platforms
- Experience treating neurological, CVA, and orthopedic patient populations
- Work in a supportive inpatient rehab environment with a guaranteed 32-hour work week, no weekends, and no call requirements
- Enjoy a 13-week assignment in western Kansas with easy access to major destinations including Wichita, Kansas City, and Denver via I-70
