We are seeking an experienced RSOC Supervisor to support one of our major corporate accounts, Dassault Systèmes, at their Waltham, Massachusetts location. This is a critical security operations position responsible for supporting security operations across multiple sites, coordinating responses to incidents and emergencies, and serving as a central point of communication between security personnel, client leadership, employees, first responders, and other key stakeholders.

Position – RSOC Supervisor | Waltham, MA | $68,000 Annually

Schedule: Monday–Friday
Available Shifts: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM or 10:00 PM–6:00 AM
On-Call: Every other week after successful completion of training

Under the direction of the Security National Account Manager, the RSOC Supervisor will oversee and support Remote Security Operations Center activities while ensuring professional, timely, and effective responses to security-related events.

The ideal candidate is an experienced security professional who demonstrates strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and organizational skills. This individual must be comfortable operating multiple systems simultaneously, handling sensitive information, and remaining calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and operational support within the Remote Security Operations Center.
  • Serve as a central point of communication for security events, incidents, emergencies, and day-to-day security operations.
  • Receive and log incoming calls for service, determine the nature, location, and priority of each call, and coordinate appropriate responses.
  • Communicate professionally with security personnel, first responders, law enforcement agencies, client leadership, employees, and other key stakeholders across various national and international regions.
  • Coordinate requests from field personnel for police, fire, ambulance, towing, special equipment, and other emergency or service-related needs.
  • Monitor and operate multiple security systems simultaneously to maintain continuous situational awareness, including ExacqVision CCTV, CCURE-9000 Access Control, alarm and intrusion detection systems, weather monitoring systems, and other security platforms.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for remote-site intrusion detection systems, contacting local employees when applicable and/or requesting police or emergency response.
  • Utilize the Everbridge Mass Communication Tool to distribute critical notifications, conduct employee accountability polling, and facilitate conference bridges for the Crisis Management Team.
  • Monitor International SOS Travel Tracker and assist in responding to serious incidents involving Dassault Systèmes employees traveling in impacted regions.
  • Analyze, document, and report security events, incidents, and emergencies accurately and professionally.
  • Maintain detailed daily activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation.
  • Exercise sound judgment when assessing security situations and determining the appropriate response or escalation.
  • Maintain professional composure while managing multiple incidents, systems, communications, and competing priorities.
  • Ensure all assigned responsibilities are performed in accordance with Securitas policies, client requirements, post orders, and applicable procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive client, employee, security, and operational information.
  • Perform additional security-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Three years of related security industry experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in a security operations center, command center, dispatch environment, corporate security, or security supervisory role is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with security personnel, management, law enforcement, first responders, employees, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain professional composure when dealing with unusual, urgent, or high-pressure circumstances.
  • Strong decision-making and judgment skills.
  • Ability to prioritize emergency calls and service requests.
  • Ability to operate multiple computer and security systems simultaneously.
  • Comfortable with computer systems, data entry, and security technology.
  • Strong report-writing and documentation skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate daily activity logs.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Must successfully complete required background and reference checks, controlled substance testing, behavioral selection survey, and any other applicable pre-employment requirements.
  • Must successfully complete all required training.
  • Must be available for the required every-other-week on-call rotation following completion of training.

Working Conditions & Requirements

The RSOC Supervisor must be able to perform effectively in a fast-paced security operations environment and maintain composure while responding to urgent or emergency situations.
