Companion Care Needed - Now Hiring

I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: I need my Dad to be watched so I can sleep. There is a nice recliner to sit in by his bed in master bedroom with bathroom. He needs to be reminded to stay in bed. Usually sleeps in hour intervals. Has to be reminded to stay in bed and go to sleep. I usually help him to the bathroom to urinate a couple of times thru the night. I just really need to get some sleep.
