Childcare Needed

We are seeking a part-time nanny for our7-month-old baby for two days a week- usually Wednesdays and either Thursdays or Fridays (my work schedule is different week to week but known months in advance). We are looking for someone who loves babies and spending time outside. Experience with baby sign language and elimination communication would be awesome- a willingness to learn new things is also great .
