Childcare Needed

We are looking for a great babysitter for our two children ages 11 and 6. The 11-year-old is blind and autistic so she needs a little extra help. Otherwise, this should be a pretty normal babysitter job for a date night. We are willing to pay a high rate for a qualified sitter (short interview, background check) and we can offer recurring work for two date nights a month if this is a good fit.
