Animal Care Needed - Now Hiring

My dog is funny about what door he goes in and out. He's a rescue and was obviously abused in his past life. He was dumped off on my road by someone and me and my gf at the time took him in. He's a good boy but afraid of strange new things and vehicles. He will not get in a vehicle.
