Venture Industrial Products is looking for dependable people who enjoy working with their hands and take pride in seeing a finished product. Previous powder-coating or manufacturing experience is helpful, but it is not required. We are willing to train the right person.

What You Will Learn

Through hands-on, paid training, you will learn how to:

• Prepare metal parts for painting
• Operate professional powder-coating equipment
• Apply smooth, consistent finishes
• Load, monitor, and unload curing ovens
• Inspect finished parts for quality
• Measure coating thickness
• Read basic blueprints and work instructions
• Safely operate and maintain painting equipment

Physical Requirements

This position involves standing, walking, bending, reaching, and regularly lifting parts weighing approximately 5–35 pounds. Occasional heavier lifting may be required. Personal protective equipment and safety training will be provided as appropriate.
