As we continue to grow, were looking for a detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to support our reporting and analytics efforts. The Junior Data Analyst will play a key role in preparing, cleaning, and analyzing data to support internal teams and client reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys working with data and wants to build strong analytical and business intelligence skills in a fast-paced agency environment. Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Use Excel to manipulate and analyze datasets (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, lookups)
- Assist in building and maintaining recurring reports for internal and client use
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data and communicate findings clearly
- Support ad hoc analysis requests from account and strategy teams
- Help improve reporting processes and data workflows for efficiency and scalability
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data cleaning, manipulation, and analysis
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Basic understanding of data analysis concepts and best practices
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of statistics or data modeling
- General computer proficiency and comfort troubleshooting basic technical issues; ability to assist with simple IT-related tasks is a plus
