Compensation and Benefits:

• OTE: $150,000 - $200,000

• Paid Time Off (PTO) and performance-based bonuses

$150,000 – $200,000 base salary

• Drive talent acquisition and Market Center growth.

• Build relationships with top agents and industry leaders.

• Develop recruiting strategies that attract and retain top talent.

• Partner with leadership to drive performance and profitability.

• Coach and develop high-performing agents and future leaders.

• Use data and market insights to identify growth opportunities.

• 3+ years in recruiting, sales, business development, or growth leadership.

• Strong ability to influence, build relationships, and attract top talent.

• Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing professionals.

• Strategic, competitive, and highly results-driven.

• Strong business acumen and understanding of performance metrics.

• Real estate or high-performance sales leadership experience preferred but not required.
