Job Description
Northwoods Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide clinical leadership and support our nursing team.
Pay: $40/hour
This is a great opportunity for an RN looking for flexible weekend work and additional income while taking on a clinical leadership role in a skilled nursing setting.
What You'll DoProvide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff
Guide RN, LPN, and CNA team members during the shift
Respond to resident needs and changes in condition
Provide nursing care as needed
Help ensure quality care and compliance with facility standards
Serve as a clinical resource for the nursing team
Active RN license required
Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
Previous charge, supervisory, or leadership experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Dependable and comfortable working independently
PRN weekend coverage with flexibility based on facility needs.
Ideal for supplementing full-time income.
