• Experience: 2 years IR experience required
• Travel Experience: Not required; first-time travelers accepted
• Certifications: BLS, ARRT(R); ARRT Advanced preferred
• License: MO or Compact in hand
• Charting: Cerner preferred; McKesson PACS
• Float: Required
• Call: Required — 1–2 days/week + 1 weekend/month; primary/secondary call coverage
• Weekend/Holiday: Must work assigned weekends and at least 50% of holidays during contract
• RTO: Maximum 10 days; none during first week
• Local Rule: No travelers within 50 miles; 51–74 miles may be offered local rate
• Patient Population: Adults, pediatrics, neonates, geriatrics; inpatient and outpatient; all acuities
• Trauma: Level I Trauma + Stroke Center experience preferred
• Required IR Skills: Must be proficient supporting both Neuro and Body IR procedures using single- and biplane systems
• Procedures: Y90, TIPS, chemo embolization, UFE, PAE, trauma/stroke, carotid stents, drains, biopsies, LPs, kyphoplasty, lines/ports, IVC filters, peripheral stents, AV fistula interventions, PE/DVT procedures
• Equipment: Siemens fluoroscopy, Philips ultrasound, IVUS
