Job Summary:
The Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) Technologist position is based in a facility setting. This role involves providing specialized patient care within a busy cardiac catheterization lab environment. The technologist will perform a variety of diagnostic and interventional procedures in accordance with established protocols and standards.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 10 hours shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Start Date: 10/12/2026
- End Date: 01/11/2027
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ARRT (Registered Radiologic Technologist) or RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Investigative Sonographer)
- Education & Experience: No minimum experience required, but at least 1 year of experience preferred in cardiac or radiologic procedures
- Certifications required at time of application include ACLS, ARRT (R), or RCIS
- License Requirements: If ARRT (R) certification is held, Oregon license required (ETA approximately 1 week), others accepted if pending license is valid and approved
- EMR System: EPIC, with at least 1 year of experience in the system
- Location Requirements: Candidates must be located at least 60 miles from the facility; local candidates are not accepted
- Responsibilities include performing advanced cardiac imaging, assisting with interventions such as angioplasty and stent placements, managing vascular access, and maintaining procedural equipment
- Candidates are expected to be willing to float as needed within the healthcare system
- Submission must include proof of required certifications, references from the past 2 years (including at least one from a supervisor), and proof of license application if applicable
