Job Summary
The organization is seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist for a location specializing in cardiac catheterization procedures. This role involves supporting interventional, diagnostic, and non-interventional cardiology, neuro interventional, and vascular surgery teams within a high-capacity Cath Lab that serves adult patients. The position requires providing specialized imaging and procedural assistance to ensure successful patient outcomes.
Job Details
- Position Description: Start date ASAP or within four weeks from offer, with orientation held weekly on Mondays. Scheduled shift: four 10-hour days, 0645 1715. No local candidates accepted; candidates must be 60+ miles from the facility.
- Required Qualifications: Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ARRT(R) or RCIS; Education: relevant certification or license as listed; Experience: minimum of 1 year (default if no specific experience listed); Location: must be 60+ miles from the facility; Years of Experience: 1 year.
- Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week, starting at 0645, with a minimum of 40 hours weekly.
- Additional Information: Candidates must have experience with 3D imaging, access and management of ports, accurate monitoring, and advanced interventional procedures including angiography, angioplasty, embolization, and cardiac catheterization. Proficiency in Epic electronic medical record system is required, with one year of Epic experience preferred.
- Submission Requirements: Must include proof of vaccination status, confirmation of Epic system experience, and previous employment details including dates and facility names. References from the past two years are required, with at least one from a supervisor or charge nurse.
