Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a home health assignment supporting the Morris County region, requiring an active NJ PT license.
Details
- Home health setting supporting the Morris County region
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-4 PM, no weekends required
- 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day
- No on-call requirements
- May be required to float within the Morris County region
- Uses Epic for charting
Requirements
- Active NJ license to practice Physical Therapy required if applicable
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy academic program
- 0-4 years of experience as a Physical Therapist strongly preferred
- Home health experience preferred
- Epic charting experience preferred
- Acute care experience in a large academic medical setting preferred
Additional Information
- Responsibilities include patient evaluation, developing plans of care, providing interventions, patient and family education, documentation, and billing
- Supports Lead Clinicians in competency development and may serve as a clinical instructor for students
- Exercises independent judgment on moderately complex cases with minimal to no supervision
