Job Summary
A qualified Travel Physical Therapist (PT) to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services and support patients in improving mobility, function, and independence.
The PT will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, provide therapeutic interventions, and monitor patient progress throughout the assignment.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and identify functional limitations.
Develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation interventions.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and exercises.
Document evaluations, treatments, progress, and outcomes accurately.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and multidisciplinary teams.
Promote patient safety and functional independence.
Follow facility policies, professional standards, and safety guidelines.
Provide professional and compassionate patient care.
Requirements
Active Physical Therapist license – Required
PT experience in a rehabilitation setting
Ability to work Monday–Friday day shifts
Strong clinical, communication, and patient-care skills
Updated resume documenting relevant PT experience
Ability to meet applicable state licensing and credentialing requirements
