Physical Therapist Home Health (PT HH) - Located in Morristown, NJ. This position involves providing high-quality physical therapy services within a large acute care setting, with a focus on patient evaluation, treatment planning, interventions, and education. The role supports the delivery of exceptional patient care through collaboration with clinical teams and participation in competency development.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Monday - Friday); no weekend shift required.
- Required Qualifications: New Jersey License to practice Physical Therapy; graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy academic program; 0-4 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in acute care within large academic medical settings; successful clinical affiliation with Atlantic Health; Board Certification as a Specialist in an area relevant to acute care.
- Additional Information: The candidate will support the organizations Morris County region, participate in orientation of new staff members, and serve as a clinical instructor for students. The role involves independent judgment on moderately complex cases with minimal supervision.
