At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Maintenance Technician 3rd Shift to work with a leading manufacturing company in New Albany.

Shift Patterns

• Monday - Friday 9:30pm - 7am

Pay Rates

• 30.00 - 35.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Maintenance Technician 3rd Shift

• Experience performing maintenance on production, manufacturing, or automated equipment.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic equipment issues.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, or equipment diagrams.
• Basic computer skills and experience using math for measurements, calculations, or maintenance tasks.
• Ability to repair small engines, motors, or similar mechanical equipment.

Desirable Requirements for Maintenance Technician 3rd Shift

• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment or machinery.
• Experience diagnosing equipment malfunctions and identifying root causes of failures.
• Adhere to Lockout Tagout (LOTO) safety procedures.

• Execute routine maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Respond to emergency repair requests during the night shift.
• Document maintenance activities and parts usage in the system.
