1st shift; $20.00/hour
We are seeking a Warehouse Specialist to join their team. in Neenah, WI. As a Warehouse Specialist, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the distribution and fulfillment of shower wall panels. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, demonstrate strong teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Specialist

Location: Neenah, WI

Pay Range: $20.00/hour

Shift: 7 a - 3 p, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Loading and unloading finished and unfinished products, using manual or mechanical methods
• Labeling products upon receipt and preparing items for shipment
• Picking, packing, and organizing components and materials according to customer specifications
• Tracking shipments, receiving returns, and maintaining accurate paperwork
• Ensuring safety and cleanliness of the work area, and assisting with quality checks
• Previous Forklift and/or warehouse experience is a plus - but not necessary

What's Needed?

• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling products and paperwork
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
• Reliability and punctuality in adhering to work schedules
• Willingness to learn and adapt to warehouse procedures and safety protocols
