Customer Service Representative - Now Hiring

Our client, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative you will be supporting the Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have experience is phone etiquette, experience with Microsoft Office Suite, strong service-oriented mindset, and multitasking skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Sparta, TN

Pay Range: $15.00 - $18.00 (based on experience)

What’s the Job?

• Answers calls, emails and live chats from customers and provide them with new quotes or order status on existing orders.
• Conduct calls to vendors to find suppliers for the items customers are looking for or to update customers order status. 
• Take customer orders over the phone.
• Cold calling is limited as most customers contact us via calls/emails.   Some customer follow-up may be required.

What’s Needed?

• + 2 years of Customer Service/Sales experience 
• Experience in basic office skills and proper phone etiquette.
• Excellent Computer skills
• Experience in phone based sales/customer service preferred.
• MS Office software experience (Word, Excel, and Outlook primarily)
• AS400 system experience is a bonus but not required.
• Experience with filtration is a bonus but not required
• Must be willing to submit to background check and drug screening
