Level Up USA is hiring a Customer Representative in Cincinnati, OH. At Level Up USA, our customer acquisition campaigns allow our clients to grow and foster new partnerships in the greater Cincinnati area. As a Customer Representative you will provide full customer account management and sales support regarding products and services, including explaining pricing and completing sales. The Customer Representative is the energetic face of our our company helping to drive sales and sales quality.

Customer Representative Responsibilities:
Our Client Services Representative will be required to acquire new customers, while introducing them to new / upgraded features as it relates to their existing telecommunications services. You will also be responsible for adding new program customers through customer service efforts.
