Branch Manager Job Summary: 

PrideStaff is seeking a results-driven, hands-on Branch Manager to lead our Pleasanton staffing operations. For this role, what we are truly looking for is a working manager who is ready to jump into recruiting and assist with client acquisition to drive growth for this emerging office. The ideal Branch Manager candidate thrives in a high-energy environment, possesses deep experience in the light industrial sector, and leads by example. The Branch Manager position is a full-time, direct-hire position in Pleasanton, CA.

Branch Manager Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Branch Operations: Oversee Daily Operations, Team Performance, Budget Adherence, & Overall Branch Profitability
• Leadership: Mentor, Train, & Manage Internal Branch Staff, Setting Clear KPIs & Accountability Standards
• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Actively Source, Interview, & Place Qualified Candidates for Light Industrial, Warehouse, & Manufacturing Roles to Meet Client Demand.
• Client & Candidate Relations: Build Long-Term Relationships with Local Employers & Manage Talent Pipelines to Ensure High Retention & Satisfaction
• Support Business Development & Sales: Drive Growth by Selling Staffing Solutions to Regional Light Industrial Clients, Conducting Market Research, & Closing New Accounts

Branch Manager Job Requirements: 

• Experience: 3+ Years of Staffing Agency Management Experience, Strongly Preferred in the Light Industrial Vertical
• Dual Focus: Proven Track Record in Both Sales/Business Development &  High-Volume Recruiting
• Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the East Bay / Pleasanton Market Dynamics & Light Industrial Client Base
• Skills: Excellent Communication, Negotiation, & Conflict-Resolution Abilities; Proficient in ATS & CRM Platforms
• Mindset: Entrepreneurial, Hands-On, & Adaptable to Changing Daily Operational Needs.
